1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, booking a session, purchasing a class or pass, or participating in any service offered by Natural Soul Healing, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.
2. Eligibility
All services are intended for individuals aged 18 years or older. By booking a session, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
3. Services Offered
These Terms apply to all services provided by Natural Soul Healing, including but not limited to:
Yoga Services
Live Group Yoga Flow (online via Zoom)
Private Personal Yoga Sessions (online via Zoom)
Yoga Practice Pass (10 classes)
Feel Good Fridays – Free Community Yoga (online via Zoom)
Energy Healing Services
Reiki Healing Sessions (in-person or online via Zoom)
Crystal Healing Sessions (in-person or online via Zoom)
All Reiki and Crystal Healing sessions are 60 minutes in duration and delivered either in person or live online via Zoom, depending on the service selected.
4. Health, Wellness & Energy Healing Disclaimer
All yoga, Reiki, and crystal healing services provided by Natural Soul Healing are intended to support general wellbeing only.
You acknowledge and agree that:
Yoga, Reiki, and crystal healing services are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Reiki and crystal healing are complementary energy-based practices and do not guarantee specific outcomes.
You are responsible for your own physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing during and after any session.
You will inform the practitioner before your session of any medical conditions, physical injuries, mental health concerns, pregnancy, or medications that may affect your participation.
If you have a medical or mental health condition, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before participating in any service.
5. Online Sessions & Technology
Online services are delivered live via Zoom. You are responsible for:
A stable internet connection
A private and safe space for your session
Ensuring your environment allows uninterrupted participation
Natural Soul Healing is not responsible for technical issues beyond our control, including internet disruptions or platform outages.
6. Bookings & Payments
All prices are listed in AUD unless stated otherwise.
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
A session or class is confirmed only once payment has been successfully received.
7. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy
No refunds are offered under any circumstances.
This policy applies to all services, including yoga, Reiki, and crystal healing.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled session start time.
To reschedule, you must email admin@naturalsoulhealing.com.au.
If valid notice is given, you will be booked into another available session of the same type.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session start time or failure to attend will result in the session being forfeited.
8. Feel Good Fridays – Free Community Yoga
Feel Good Fridays are offered free of charge. Optional contribution tiers (such as “buy me a coffee”) are voluntary and non-refundable.
9. Recording Policy
All sessions are delivered live only and are recorded.
Participants are not permitted to record, photograph, or share any part of a session without express written permission.
10. Code of Conduct
You agree to participate respectfully and safely. Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated. Natural Soul Healing reserves the right to refuse service or remove participants without refund where conduct standards are breached.
11. Intellectual Property
All content, class materials, healing methods, written guidance, branding, and website content are the intellectual property of Natural Soul Healing and may not be copied, shared, or redistributed without written permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Natural Soul Healing is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in yoga, Reiki, or crystal healing services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be legally excluded.
13. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
14. Changes to These Terms
Natural Soul Healing may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, with jurisdiction in New South Wales.
